Coming March 25, 2026, we will be adding Multi-Factor Authentication to our online banking login experience.

We are committed to keeping your accounts and personal information secure. As part of this commitment, we will  be introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for our online and mobile banking platforms beginning March 25th.

What this means for you:

  • Stronger protection against unauthorized access
  • A quick verification step during login or certain transactions
  • Greater confidence that your financial information remains secure
  • A quick way to reset your online banking password

What to expect when you log in:

  • When you log in, you will be asked to register your phone or computer. By choosing to register your device, you will be able to bypass the MFA step for 90 days. To register the device, select the phone number or email address we have on file to receive a One-Time Verification Code. Enter the code and then Verify and Sign In. (Remember, Progressions Credit Union will NEVER ask you for this code. DO NOT share it with anyone.)

What to expect when you need to reset your password:

  • When you select “I forgot my password”, you will be directed to verify your identity by entering the One-Time Verification Code that is sent to either the phone number or email address on file.

Steps for you to take before March 23rd:

  • Verify we have your current mobile number and email address on file. To update your current contact information, you can select Personal Information under Personal Info & Settings. To update your personal information via online banking, you will be sent a One-Time Verification Code. If you do not have access to the phone or email address we have on file, you will need to contact us.
  1. Enter www.progressionscu.org in the address line of your browser software.
  2. When our website appears, click the purple “Online Banking Login” button.
  3. Enter your account number (or username, if you have one) and click “Next”.
  4. Enter your password and click “Next”. If you have logged in before, you will also need to answer one of your chosen security questions.
  5. First-time users, contact us for your temporary password and then once in, follow the instructions on your screen to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and other settings.
  6. When the It’s Me 247 screen appears, you are in!

SmartPay – Bill Payer

SmartPay is a safe, secure and convenient way to pay and manage your bills online. The name of each creditor you pay will appear on your statement-making tracking your spending a breeze.

Once you have signed up for our online banking (It’s Me 247) SmartPay allows you to:

  • Pay bills when you want, day or night
  • Pay one at a time or set up automatic recurring payments
  • Set up to have select merchants send you your bill each month electronically
  • Make Person to Person payments free of charge
  • Send a special occasion Gift and make a donation to your favorite charity

eAlerts

Want to know what is happening with your finances at all times? Progressions Credit Union eAlerts can let you know what your account balance is each day, when your account balance reaches a certain level, when an automatic deposit or withdrawal posts to your account and more. Tailor your financial experience to meet your needs.

Setting up eAlerts

Log into It’sMe247 and click on eAlerts under the Info Center tab. Select the type of eAlert you wish to set up, choose the account for the eAlert and select how to receive your alert – via secure message within ItsMe247, an email, or text message (enrollment in Text Banking is required). Click on Add to finalize the eAlert setup.

Setup eAlerts via the Mobile App as well. Simply log into your account, tap on the Accounts icon at the bottom of the screen, tap on Info Center then eAlert Subscriptions.  Follow the same steps as above to set your eAlerts.

eNotices & eStatements

We offer eNotices when you first sign up for It’sMe247. eNotices and eStatements are received much faster than through the mail, help reduce clutter and are environmentally friendly.
