Thank you for your interest in serving as an Associate Director with Progressions Credit Union. Our Associate Board of Director Program is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role and contribute to our mission.

What is the Associate Director Program?

The Associate Director position is a non-voting, one-year term appointed by our Board of Directors. It’s designed to develop future leaders and support long-term succession planning. Associate Directors work alongside our experienced Board to gain hands-on experience in governance and strategic planning.

As an Associate Director, You Will:

· Participate in monthly Board meetings and strategic planning sessions

· Engage in high-level discussions and contribute your insights

· Learn about board governance, oversight responsibilities, and our credit union’s strategic goals

This role offers a front-row seat to how decisions are made and prepares you for future Board service.

The Associate Director position requires attendance at monthly Board meetings, which are typically held the third Thursday of each month at 5:30pm. Additionally, participation is expected in the annual Strategic Planning session, usually scheduled in October or November – often on a Saturday and planned well in advance.(Required)
