Money Market accounts from Progressions Credit Union are the solution for anyone who wants to earn more than a traditional savings account while keeping the peace of mind that comes with being federally insured by the NCUA. Both the SmartMarket and our premium money market, SmartMarket Plus, have the following benefits:
- No monthly service charges;
- Dividends compounded and paid monthly; and
- Unlimited withdrawals allowed.
SmartMarket
There is no minimum deposit required to open a SmartMarket; however, to earn dividends you must have at least $2000.00. The account is tiered, so check out our rate sheet for current rates.
SmartMarket Plus
This account is for those who have larger deposits already established, with a minimum deposit of $25,000.00 to open and earn dividends. These also are tiered so be sure to check out the rate sheet. If you have an existing SmartMarket with at least $25,000.00, contact us if you wish to open a SmartMarket Plus instead.
