Progressions CU Official Contest/Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years of age or older. Progressions Credit Union (PCU) Employees and Officials are not eligible for drawings. Entrants must qualify for membership at Progressions Credit Union and be a new member or existing member. To qualify for membership, you simply need to live, work, worship, or attend school in the state of Washington or be a family member of a qualifying member.

How to Enter: Like the post advertising this contest and comment your favorite holiday decoration in the comment by midnight December 2.
Drawing Period: All qualifying names will be entered into a random drawing. The winner will be notified by PCU and will not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by December 3rd through Facebook Messenger or Instagram messaging. If a winner cannot be contacted within (3) business days, then such person will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen. The odds of being the prize winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The credit union does not have an estimate of the number of entries it will receive. The winner of the prize will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries that are received in accordance with these terms and conditions. All decisions are final and binding.
Prize Conditions: PCU will report prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by law. Federal, state, and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Approximate prize value $50.00 The drawing is void where restricted and/or prohibited. The drawing prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
Consent to Publicity and Release: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/ her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless PCU, its employees, members, officers, volunteers and directors from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the drawing, from any drawing prize, or from any publicity regarding the drawing.
Miscellaneous: By entering the drawing, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. PCU is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, jacking or misuse of equipment or programming associated with the drawing. PCU is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the drawing. Entrants agree to hold the credit union harmless from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, receipt, possession or misuse of the prize.
