Mobile Deposit Contest – June 8th – July 5th, 2026 – 4 Chances to Win $100.00

All drawings are administered and operated by: Progressions Credit Union (PCU), 2919 East Mission Ave., Spokane, WA 99202. The contest is sponsored, endorsed or administered by Progressions Credit Union.

Eligibility:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years of age or older. PCU Employees, Officials, and family members are not eligible for drawings.

Drawing Period: The promotion runs from Midnight on June 8th and ends at midnight on July 5^th, 2026 (Pacific Time) with random drawings of $100.00 done weekly on dates outlined under the HOW TO ENTER section.  The winner will be notified by PCU and will not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If a winner cannot be contacted with (3) business days, then such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. The odds of being the prize winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The credit union does not have an estimate of the number of entries it will receive. The winner of the prize will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries that are received in accordance with these terms and conditions. All decisions are final and binding. Winning funds will be deposited into the same checking account that deposit was made to using the SmartMobile app. Prize winnings will be held for a period of 5 days after being deposited to ensure deposits checks used to enter contest are not returned NSF or for any other reason by the paying bank.

How to Enter: To enter, individuals should complete a mobile check deposit through the SmartDeposit (mobile deposit) function within Progressions Credit Union’s Mobile App. Individuals may need to establish membership and enroll in Online Banking/Mobile Banking and be approved for Mobile Deposit to qualify. Checks must be endorsed as “For PCU Mobile Deposit Only” along with your signature. There will be drawings on the following dates for the prior weeks deposit groups. Here are the range of deposit dates and when drawings will occur:

Deposits made between 6/8-6/14 random drawing of this pool of deposits will be on 6/15

Deposits made between 6/15-6/21 random drawing of this pool of deposits will be on 6/22

Deposits made between 6/22-6/28 random drawing of this pool of deposits will be on 6/29

Deposits made between 6/29-7/5 random drawing of this pool of deposits will be on 7/6

Neither PCU nor it employees, officers, volunteers or directors shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with PCU’s Privacy Policy.

Members must be in good-standing at the time of the drawing and my not be overdrawn.

Prize Conditions: PCU will report prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by law. Federal, state and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Approximate prize value: $100 weekly and $400.00 for the entire period. The drawing is void where restricted and/or prohibited. The drawing prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

Consent to Publicity and Release: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/ her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless PCU, its employees, members, officers, volunteers and directors from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the drawing, from any drawing prize, or from any publicity regarding the drawing.

Miscellaneous: By entering the drawing, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. PCU is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, jacking or misuse of equipment or programming associated with the drawing. PCU is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the drawing. Entrants agree to hold the credit union harmless from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, receipt, possession or misuse of the prize.
