Drawing Terms and Conditions for Fall Time Coloring Contest

This drawing is being administered and operated by:
Progressions Credit Union (PCU), 2919 East Mission Ave., Spokane, WA 99202.

Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must have guardian/parent permission and/or be 18 years of age or older. PCU Employees, Officials, and family members are not eligible for drawings.
 
Drawing Period: The promotion runs from Midnight on September 1st and ends at midnight September 30^th, 2026 (Pacific Time) with a voting week occurring between September 20^th– 30^th.  Entries will be accepted until September 18th. The winner will be notified by PCU and will not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If a winner cannot be contacted within (3) business days, then such person will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen. The credit union does not have an estimate of the number of entries it will receive. The winner of the prize will be selected through voting from among all eligible entries that are received in accordance with these terms and conditions. All decisions are final and binding. Winning funds will be deposited into the account. Prize winnings will be held for a period of 5 days after being deposited to ensure deposits checks used to enter contest are not returned NSF or for any other reason by the paying bank.

Display Period: Completed Colored images will be on display anonymously at our Mission Branch from September 20th – September 30th where visitors can place a tally vote on their favorite one. All pictures may be picked up October 1^st– October 20^th. Entries not claimed by the deadline will be discarded.
 
How to Enter: To enter, individuals should color a coloring page provided by Progressions Credit Union. Individuals may need to establish membership to qualify. There will be one winner selected in each age category:
 
Ages 1–3
Ages 4–6
Ages 7–9
Ages 10–12
Ages 12–15
Ages 15-18
Ages 18+
 
Neither PCU nor its employees, officers, volunteers or directors shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with PCU’s Privacy Policy.
 
Members must be in good standing at the time of the drawing and my not be overdrawn.
 
Prize Conditions: PCU will report prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by law. Federal, state and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Approximate prize value: $25 per winner. $175 total. The drawing is void where restricted and/or prohibited. The drawing prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
 
Consent to Publicity and Release: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/ her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless PCU, its employees, members, officers, volunteers and directors from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the drawing, from any drawing prize, or from any publicity regarding the drawing.
 
Miscellaneous: By entering the drawing, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. PCU is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, jacking or misuse of equipment or programming associated with the drawing. PCU is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the drawing. Entrants agree to hold the credit union harmless from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, receipt, possession or misuse of the prize.
