Youth Certificate Contest -Youth Month April 2025
All drawings are administered and operated by: Progressions Credit Union (PCU), 2919 East Mission Ave., Spokane, WA 99202. The contest is sponsored, endorsed or administered by Progressions Credit Union.
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years or older to enter (parent or guardian on account). Progressions Credit Union (PCU) Employees, Officials, and family members are not eligible for drawings. To qualify for membership, you simply need to live, work, worship or attend school in the state of Washington or be a family member of a qualifying member.
Automatic Entry: All youth accounts with at least a $5.00 deposit between April 1-30,2025 will be entered to win. Neither PCU nor its employees, officers, volunteers or directors shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with PCU’s Privacy Policy.
Drawing Period: There will be one random drawing on May 2, 2025. The winner will be notified by PCU and will not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone by at least May 2,2025. If a winner cannot be contacted within (3) business days, then such person will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen. The odds of being the prize winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The credit union does not have an estimate of the number of entries it will receive. The winner of the prize will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries that are received in accordance with these terms and conditions. All decisions are final and binding.
Prize Conditions: PCU will report prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by law. Federal, state and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize value of $100.00. The drawing is void where restricted and/or prohibited. The drawing prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
Consent to Publicity and Release: By accepting a prize, the parent or guardian of the winner consents to the use of his/ her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless PCU, its employees, members, officers, volunteers and directors from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the drawing, from any drawing prize, or from any publicity regarding the drawing.
Miscellaneous: By entering the drawing, the parent or guardian agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. PCU is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, jacking or misuse of equipment or programming associated with the drawing. PCU is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the drawing. Entrants agree to hold the credit union harmless from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, receipt, possession or misuse of the prize.
