What is a Fixed Rate/Term Home Equity Loan?

This type of loan is perfect for someone who is interested in using the equity in their home for a specific project and would like fixed payments for the life of the loan.

• Fixed rate, lump sum disbursement of funds, consistent monthly payments
• 6,10,15, 20 and 30 year terms available (30 year term option is only available on 1st lien loans)
• Up to 85% Combined loan to value financing on a 1st lien or 2nd lien

* Available for any closed end, fixed rate Home Loan including purchase, equity and refinance (excludes Home Equity Line of Credit) on applications that are funded. Members choose a charity from a prior made list for a donation of the amount of $100 to be sent from Progressions CU to charity on behalf of the member. Funds will be paid the following month of closing documents and agreed disclosure documents are signed. Purchased loans must be processed, held and serviced by Progressions Credit Union.
