Dear members,

As I mentioned in my letter to you in January, we have been diligently searching for land to build a new branch on the Northside. This is because we heard from so many of you that this is where you wanted to see us expand and where a sizable percentage of our membership lives. Well, we listened! I am happy to inform you that we recently purchased land located at 9233 North Nevada, in front of WINCO along Jay Street in Spokane! This is a busy destination area with access to the Northpoint Shopping area, Walmart, Home Depot, WINCO and more! With these attributes, your team at Progressions Credit Union feels this location is well-positioned to not only serve our current membership in this area but also for future growth as Spokane continues to expand. When the credit union grows, it allows us to add more products and services you want and need, and to plan future locations, thereby providing more benefits/services to offer all our members.

Your credit union is not a mega institution. We are a place you belong to and own. We get to know YOU and can still easily provide personal service. We are locally owned by our members and have been since 1928!

What is next you may ask? We have already begun the planning stages of design and expect to break ground next Spring! This new branch will have familiar faces staffed in it and a three-lane drive-up like the Mission branch.

We continue to encourage the usage of our convenient digital services, such as mobile banking, person-to-person payments, mobile deposits, account-to-account payments, bill payer, automated phone banking, text banking and more. Bank at the branches or bank anywhere, anytime, with our 24/7 Access. You do not have to live anywhere near us to conveniently do business with us.

The Board of Directors and Team Purple hope you are as excited as we are!!!

I want to thank all of you for your ongoing trust and confidence in Progressions Credit Union. We truly are nothing without our members/owners.

Sincerely,

Susan Vuong

President/CEO
